Pretty standard for Apple. Wait a year and they will bring out the one you really want (32GB RAM + latest chip upgrade).
I think it is universally understood you never buy R1 Apple kit. Wait for 12 months then buy.
Am hoping SketchApp will update to support the Touch bar, and hopefully will be user defined. Also Touch bar will be great for passive notifications.
