Can anyone please give me a honest opinion on how the bike is priced? Seems fair to me but not attracting enough interest so far...

People like to build their own fixie bikes the way they like to, probably best to split!

Yes
Reluctantly selling my track bike but need to finance next project.
As per title, Ridley Oval Frame size 54 with full carbon Planet X forks, BMX headset, Gravity seatpost, Zipp stem and bars, Paul brake lever, Phil Wood on 30mm Velocity rims (both not machined but front was run on a brake), GP 4000 tyres, FSA Carbon TT cranks, FSA platinum isis BB.
The cockpit, frame and cranks are really stiff and they make a really fast bike.
Wheels are not the lightest but they are bomb proof.
Everything is in good conditions but the cranks are well used and there is a tiny bit of play between cranks and BB. There is no movement at all when the cranks are locked on but the chanline is non perfectly straight. Everything spins smoothly but it makes a little chain noise.
Collection from Walthamstow - £690
Please PM if interested.
