That's fine, partly my choice for criteriums, the Nitto stem I absolutely want to use is a bit on the short side (was a one off NOS one on hubjub) so from that point of view it's ok... Don't think it looks bad.
[Edit] looking at it again, I hope once black bar tape is on, brifters will look a bit less out of proportion... Maybe I should shift them down a little
