Crank bros Cobalt has a stack height of 21mm. Bearing sheilding is fucking shit though, so either pump full of grease or buy better bearings.
I thought the Cobalt headsets ran the balls direct in the cups, making bearing replacement impossible. Also, they were discontinued a long time ago and I don't recall there ever being a 1" version. Apart from that, top advice :)
