I bought this frame planning to build up a track bike it never happened.....

I paid £150 so would ideally like to get this back. I can throw in a seatpost/saddle/stem if these help. For full disclosure here is a bit of wheel rub on the inside of the rear stays which was there when I bought it but looks cosmetic/paint loss to me.
