My local dustcart driver is almost alway using his phone whenever I see him. I have reported him to the council a couple of times but they haven't had any impact on him.
Today as I was riding towards him on a neighbouring street there he was chatting away.
A car or two back was a police car, I flagged it down to tell them and they went straight over and nicked him.
