I'm thinking about replacing my current frame (62cm seat tube c-c, 58cm c-c traditional horizontal top-tube) with something a bit more relaxed. I'd like to be able to sit up a bit more when riding round town and old frames like mine seem to be a bit on the racy side. What sort of thing could I look at that still can accommodate my stupidly long legs but also has a slightly higher front end? Other requirements are: horizontal dropouts/trackends for running fixed, space for 28mm tyres plus mudguards, eyelets for everything, and not pricey.
