  • Might be down to the bands that your phone can use. Some networks (especially ones that piggyback) don't have many bands to use Your new phone may only be able to access a few of the ones available, causing you to drop off 4G.

  • Is this likely though? I'm not the only person with an iPhone 6 and giffgaff. Plus giffgaff sells the iPhone 6 themselves so if it didn't work........
