Now he's banned for 4 years from a sport he's never competed in....

And all other sports.

Presumably he doesn't do too much competing in anything if they had to do it under his British Cycling registration.

Do you think his buddies will still let him go on the club run?

He's banned from the club run if the club is in BCF. And the awards dinner. And the trip to Gent. Any "event or activity" organised by the club.
