That sound good, but I'd take a pinch of salt, their last rims (PL23) have a tenancy to crack even if you have 32h and build it up perfectly;
Just looking at the image show you how thin it is to save weight.
I guess they address this by making it beefier from 385g to 430g, which frankly a good solution;
There's one more rims I like the look of is the new SunXCD* 650b rims that weight a reasonable 490g
I currently ride on Grand Bois 650b rims that weight a reasonable 468g, and find it very well balanced in term of lifespan and strength (the Pacenti wear out quicker and need to be retired sooner due to less material on the braking surface), especially compared to the heavier Velo Orange one.

Pacenti Brevet rims can be ordered direct,
machined brake track,
19 mm internal,

Stainless eyelets and 430g.
No mention of a price in the email I received.
Sounds more fun than my 550g Confrérie.
