Zen Messenger surely? Not quite the same as Zen.
How do you know it's a Peugeot? Frame will probably benefit quite a bit from a nice paintjob indeed. Fast back seat cluster looks awesome!

This is my first ever project so any advice, guidance and opinion are very welcome.
Managed to snatch this off eBay, it's got loads of issues but it was begging to be rescued.
Apparently it was an ex rental bike from Manchester velodrome, I've looked everywhere in the web and I can't find anything.
Positives:
Possibly a rare Peugeot track frame
Reynolds 531c
Got the original forks ( not pictured )
Perfect size for me and great geometry
Negatives:
Stuck seatpost
Stuck bottom bracket
Horrible powder coat job
A small ding on the top tube
Stem seized to chrome forks
Came with with 165mm dura ace 7600 njs cranks with a zen 42 tooth chain ring.
What do you guys think I should stay with?
