Fair enough. Any idea how much he should be paying to have it replaced? In Leeds.

I'm not going to fit it but can give suggestions.

There's the cracked sink. The plan is to patch it up in the short term and replace it in a couple of weeks when he gets paid.

When you get the new one, try keeping it clean you filthy bastards. That one looks like something from the young ones.
