no offence, but IMHO, length of the tt and ht are the only relevant measurements in bike sizing.
and for anyone below 183cm, this frame is just huge.
My frames are smaller, and I'm around 187cm with very long limbs. This frame would fit me "so-so", I'd prefer something smaller.
very nice btw, would be tempted to get the frame in itself (I cant stand 74.. da. ;) )

Length doesn't say everything, more important is your inseam length. 57.5 cm could fit you perfect.
