I think Revzilla had a pretty extensive Jean review.
TBH I'm not that convinced about jeans anymore. If you have any padding / protection then they look a bit odd. I feel like they might be the worst of all worlds.

Found revzilla ridiculous good for reviews of just about everything. Sometimes just too much detail but if you want it its there.
Thought about the alpinestars andes as have same liner material as valparaiso, but then found epic deal on them, 230 down to 165 but only in selected sizes, got the last medium.
Would really check with their size guide as most folk need to go down a size for that range for some reason
Think the jackets are right, pants are just big waist, skinny fit and quite long, really wanted a short fitting medium but they are hard to find at any price

I have a pair of leather touring style trousers just now with too large a waist (hand me down from my old man) that I've worn with my textile jacket and thought it looked ok.
I have a pair of pretty rubbish textile trousers too actually so I can try out all looks.
What I think I really want is a pair of riding jeans with a bit of protection in them but I want them to look like nice jeans, not something designed in the 90s or like something a member of a white power group would wear...
