But Walscheid would've been disqualified for performing a u-turn within 200 yards of the finish line.

It wasn't a U-turn and was more than 200yds. Most local regs are line of sight I think. I don't know, I don't do U-turns anywhere because I'm paranoid about DQ. Anyway, just shows that putting your head down in the middle of 100 riders is stupid.
