Textile trews with leather jacket would look wierd I think...?
I'd have thought the opposite if anything.

I have a pair of leather touring style trousers just now with too large a waist (hand me down from my old man) that I've worn with my textile jacket and thought it looked ok.
I have a pair of pretty rubbish textile trousers too actually so I can try out all looks.
What I think I really want is a pair of riding jeans with a bit of protection in them but I want them to look like nice jeans, not something designed in the 90s or like something a member of a white power group would wear...

I've been wanting some new trousers for a while but not sure what I want and not found anything that's convinced me that they are what I want.
I was thinking about something with knee sliders which would probably mean leather but that's maybe optimistic so then textile could be back in the equation.
I wear both leather and textile jackets and would like trousers that could go with either. Textile trews with leather jacket would look wierd I think...?
