ah I had similar bar ends on mine, but didn't put one of them correctly so lost one the first day :)
Got differnt original ones, but not as shiny :) like black logo on black.
26.8mm, means it is an Aelle frameset?
I also got a Sanremo, Olmo Sanremo Competition in Cromor. Full Dura Ace.
Like the Victory on yours. Seems complete-ish too.
