So, it looks like people are managing to get 45c tyres on V4 pompinos, what sort of mud clearance are you getting? On one list mud tyre max at 32 and slick at 35. That's a hell of a difference but it wouldn't be the first time they've got something wrong!

The clearance you need when it doesnt rain very much where you live, also the one you need when you dont use this bike when its raining ;)

I was just wondering how people got 45s on if 35s were tight?

The pompino will be my bike for when it's super wet and muddy. Less to get bunged up with no gears. The soil is predominantly clay where I am so the tyres can end up a lot larger than when they started off!
