A crank coming loose repeatedly can be a sign of wear between the crank and the BB axle. Time for an upgrade?
Sugino 75 in good nick on a Ritchey vintage NOS BB... the tapers match (ISO on ISO)
I don't see how it could be worn. But you could be right, there could be something worn or not OK. I'll check :)
