LFGSS Sunday ride - 23rd October 2016

I'm going to do an 'all road' ride in Essex on Sunday morning, between 60 and 80km. Heading out along the towpath to Epping Forest and environs.

• Meet at Manor House tube at 8 am. Expect to be back in town by 11.30am
  
• Around 60 - 80 km
  
• The ride pace will be modest - I have barely ridden a bike this year
  
• Any bike with 25s plus will probably get you round - although a gravel grinder would of course be most on trend
  
• Coffee and cake stop at the Rangers Cafe a distinct possibility

would love to get some filth on the bike but I'm down in Devon this weekend so will have to sit this one out. keep me in mind for future ones though!
