Can his team of advisers speak business French and understand complex negotiations, fully comprehend detailed papers and distill them overnight to brief him in the morning?
-
• #5453
Not really sure that matters.
-
• #5454
Why not?
-
• #5455
Is that not the case for all daily newspapers though?
Print being a dying media.

Our representatives are playing Pigeon Chess here.
Language and understanding complex issues will make no difference.

we need to open up bilateral trade talks with walonia, immediately

Other papers still, as I understand it, have new readers. The daily mail does not. And it's still eminently satisfying to think of them shuffling off their bigoted, farah-slacked golf be-jumperd mortal coil.

The best reason for leaving the EU was to stop the deluge of eastern European migrants who have poured into this country in their millions in 2004. The numbers coming from eastern European countries are just so vast that this country simply cannot cope. For example there are 800,000 Polish migrants here alone. These migrants and making it harder for Britons to get jobs and find somewhere to live as the vast migration influx has forced up rents and house prices and created the biggest housing shortage in the history of this country. Unfortunately it will be well over two years before we actually leave the EU.

You know that if the UK population would have increased by 800.000 (edit born locally) people that would have moved into areas would jobs that didn't have the infrastructure to keep up with the population increase the results would be similar?
Why is Belfast bunged traffic wise: Cos jobs are here, not in the country side. So people commute, house prices go up...

Insufferable cunt is insufferable.

We seem to have someone who wandered over from the Daily Mail comments section.

Bigoted troll is oblivious to reality. Comme d'habitude.

Just sticking this here.

who is this cunt?

Are you a bot? I think you are. Bad syntax fails the Turing test.
-
• #5469
Created by Savills though. They know what they're talking about, therefore they're experts. Therefore they know nothing and we can safely ignore everything they say. Obvs, innit?

I had a quick scan through @Goldsword's posting history. I can't imagine a bot would have such an unhealthy obsession with punctures. I think the bad syntax is down to being barely literate rather than being based on silicon rather than carbon.

oh yeah - this is the masked march muppet. I'd be hiding behind a mask as well if I were an ignorant racist who felt 'Britons' were suffering at the hands of Polish people.

So is this Anonymous protest actually a Britain First thing?

Strangely goldmember also posted a ride to publicise Syria 4 years ago, maybe this was to try to avert Syrian refugees.
-
• #5474
Yep, one and the same. A deep well of diffuse and poorly-targeted anger, it would seem. Possibly caused by punctures.

A large number of Poles came to the UK because they were fleeing the Nazis, and many were given shelter here because they couldn't return home. Some fought for the British - there was a Polish fighter squadron that helped us win the Battle of Britain.
Because of this, the early 50s there were already about 170,000 Poles in Britain. More came after the EU enlargement because there was already a settled community, our economy was vibrant, and because they saw us as friends.
It's probably better than his English.
