Best solution would be for TfL to recruit a crack squad of broke-kneed pedal heads, equip them with Keirin scooters and have them shuttle up and down CS routes at commuter speed. Anyone overtaking a Commuta-Keirin derny gets a fine and/or has to travel in to work on public transport the next day. C-K scooters pull off at start of wider sections to allow free for all sprint to next regulated section.
Each quarter a points winner determined by analysis of CCTV will be awarded a custom Nagasawa and all expenses paid trip to Japan to compete in F2 Keirin.
