LFGSS Sunday ride - 23rd October 2016

I'm going to do an 'all road' ride in Essex on Sunday morning, between 60 and 80km. Heading out along the towpath to Epping Forest and environs.

• Meet at Manor House tube at 8 am. Expect to be back in town by 11.30am
  
• Around 60 - 80 km
  
• The ride pace will be modest - I have barely ridden a bike this year
  
• Any bike with 25s plus will probably get you round - although a gravel grinder would of course be most on trend
  
• Coffee and cake stop at the Rangers Cafe a distinct possibility
