hey @ElGato, on the mongoose did you treat the aluminium after you stripped the paint off it? Or has it just stayed quite shiny?

Hi,
I have polished the frame with very fine steel wool and Autosol after I've stripped it and stayed like that.
To be fair I do not like mud :) so hasn't seen any of it.
I have used a spray I bought on B&Q called Plasti-kote or something like that, on a raw steel frame a while ago and worked quite well. So same could be done to this I guess.

Thanks, just curious as my brother is doing something similar to his frame at the mo. He's not going to be kaning it in the mud either so we may just leave it and see how it holds up.
