Hmm, not sure. I have the 45mm and they're a good fit for 35mm Kojaks.

Still cheaper than PDWs :-)

Knobbles though. The current 50mm guards were a bit small with the 2.3" slicks, but they didn't rub. With the 2" Bonty XR1s on slightly wider rims, the side knobs rub the stays. Whereas the 60mm gb guards on my old beater fit perfectly with the 2.25" Ritchey semi-slicks on the same rims

Could work, can maybe a roll the curve a bit tighter with a cricket ball or similar so they don't look shit

The idea is to allow you to slam the mudguard against the frame with no spacers, thus creating slightly more gap for the knobby to clears.

Who makes guards in that size?

Could have been the 700c ones actually, I think those were what I was looking for, had to settle for the shorts in the end.

Already no spacers, everything's mounted to give as much clearance as possible. Hrm.
