    I'd hold Cannondale responsible as the defect would be a result of their lapse QA, whether I'd be covered by any consumer rights I don't know?

    Honestly I really should have given up on Cannondale. First CAAD 10 written off less than 5mins into first ride. Supersix HM had to send back the first two frames received as the rear dropouts were 'out' and now this. Fucking balls.

    Rock and a hard place. Evan's wouldn't be my first choice. You'd be forever at the back of the queue. A small indy might be better as they'd be motivated to get the thing out of the stock room / warehouse.

    Maybe, but they also have to wait equally in the queues as well, currently is 2-3 months (CSG replying to emails, finding replacement frame/bike, sending them out etc.).
