Had some Shure SE215s for about 5 years now. Really like them and Shure have a great replacement policy. Had some E2C's that died after about 23 months and they replaced them with the 215's. Think I paid about £20 for the E2Cs.
@Soul Have almost convinced myself to get a new phone, Macbook and Bose QC35s for work so that I can claim back VAT on the lot. Just need some nice reviews for the new Macs and I'll have persuaded myself (/my company) to upgrade my day job.
Didn't buy the PL50, bought the Shure SE215 instead. All the reviews suggest the build quality is much better than any other headphones, 2 year warranty instead of 1, and replaceable cables. If I spend £25 every 2 years to keep these going, I'll be happy.
