I have this for sale, not central London (based south coast) and it is currently being cleaned before re-assembly. I have Shimano lever brakes on the drop bars along with the original straight bars and brake levers too. Flip flop rear wheel and assorted chainrings/freewheel/cogs to adjust the gearing.
The size is within your limits (156cm top tube).

Looking for £175.
