Found that Charge Plug frameset I mentioned previously, it's 54cm c-c (the seat tube) so should alright size-wise. It's currently just a frame and forks so I can build it up however you like, so let me know what style of handlebars (drops, risers, sweptback, etc) and anything else you'd like ideally.
