Try and get lucky with a second hand Exposure (Strada's rock for the road). I got mine for just under a hundred, and have seen them cheaper on occasion. It meets all your criteria apart from price obviously, but well worth it. Nothing bad about them in my mind.

@Tonts this Light and Motion Urban 650 might fit the bill at £50. Apparently they originally made dive lights (and still do) so the quality will be solid. I've been happy with my 300 model.

Can anyone recommend a front light, 600+ lumens, good mount, well built and sub £70?
I chanced my arm with some cheap stuff and have learnt my lesson. I basically just want a Hope Vision 1 with more oomph.
