Ahh perfect. Thanks for your insight. When I looked at the photos again I noticed the rust where the chips are so wondered if it had something to do with corrosion. Had no certain idea though so thanks a tonne. I can chill now haha

No problem - do just remove any loose surface stuff with a small piece of 600 grit rolled into point then put a bit of Kurust on ( I use a small piece of cloth instead of a brush). Wash any excess off . Then you can touch up with paint.
