So, I installed a new disc and new pads on my fixed gear commuter as the old ones were worn out.
The new disc is braking perfectly, but it seems the pads are only gripping the outer 1cm of the disc. There's a good 3-5mm of unused disc left to the inside. It looks as if my brake caliper is sitting to far out.
Since this is a fork with an IS mount, a correct Shimano IS->160mmPM adapter, and a shimano deore brake caliper, there is no way of adjusting the caliper inward.
What should I do?
