Who would've thought that Robin Williams owned a Ron Cooper track bike?? (Please note, I've e-mailed the auction site to make them aware that this lovely machine has nothing to do with the "Cooper Bike Company (est. 2009)" and that they need to provide an accurate reference to Ron. FFS!)

This Cooper is a lugged track bike featuring a rare handmade frame, finished in a striking royal blue. The bike was handmade by the legendary bicycle framebuilder Ron Cooper for Robin Williams.

Yay! Hoping that was my doing, since I sent them a link to Ron's Wikipedia page for convenience, and I did get a courtesy response to say that they'd passed my e-mail on to their "cataloguing team". My work here is done. :)
