I think the point was these problems were all imported by europeans.
They did do human sacrifice all by themselves however.

My knowledge of Latin America history is limited.
I'll have to read up more on how the Inca consolidated their empire. I assume it was though a wide distribution of fluffy viscachas and chocolate.
