It was literally at the start of the bridge, south side, at about 9:40am. As I was approaching, I thought there was police doing some road block, speed monitor thing as there was a lot of bridght yellow people and a police car, as I was riding pass, it turned out to be a cyclist sat on the kerb, the bit between the cycle lane and car lanes, with his hands over his forehead, looking pretty distressed, a couple of police was stood next to him... None of the road or cycle lane was blocked out, there wasn't any other car there, so it sounds like it might have happened a while before I rode pass. In any case, hope he is alright and just the shock he was experiencing rather than anything serious.
