what's the deal with sizing of the AM1 flyknits? True to size? I've heard mixed things

I'm always a 9UK and had to come down to a UK8.5 for these.

Roshe 2 Flyknits had to go up to a UK9.5

Yeah, go down at least half a size. I hover between 8.5 and 9, got an 8.5 and reckon I should have got an 8.
