Been watching this: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/282208881478
Think it has been nicked?

Pretty suspicious. I'd ask the seller and see what their response is.
Also I love this photo:

Seller said it's been in a cupboard for over 5 years and they have no idea where the key is. Hmm

Cinelli Supercorsa
http://www.ebay.com/itm/262666579440
Finishes in just under 5hrs and currently at £167 and is a bit rusty/rough around the edges but still looks great.

He's been on eBay since 2008, has good feedback and hasn't been selling lots of nickable parts (saddles, front wheels etc): an atypical profile for a thief.
I'd be inclined to take his story at face value.

Good point, hadn't looked that thoroughly!

Ended up bidding and winning the Dolan, thought the price was right to take the risk. Surprise surprise the BB doesn't want to come out.
Rather than getting frustrated and damaging something I've taken it to a nearby bike shop, hopefully with better tools and know how they'll get it out.. Dammit!

Unfortunate, hopefully they'll be able to fix it.
As you said though, at that price must still be kinda worth it. Will definitely be a banger if it works out. -

Finally took delivery of that Roberts and its got some undescribed gems. Dura ace hubs front and back, cinelli tempo bullhorns, campag rec headset. Seems like someone set it up to a really high quality.

Yesss! Quality. Love it when that happens. Was a solid purchase then, how does the frameset look condition wise?
Hopefully I'll spot it south east some time when you have it set up!

Currently it's covered in dirt. From the areas I've started to wash it looks okay and nothing obviously bad. Hoping I don't uncover something major when I strip it all down. Seems too good to be true. I'll drop you a pm once it's sorted

FSA Carbon Pro Track crankset
http://www.ebay.de/itm/122182185023?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&fromMakeTrack=true
This is so very tempting but I find too many hints and reviews on 'slipping alloy spider'-issues with this crankset.
edit - please forget the crankset unless you´re only after the chainring & bolts: deermatt Sep 24th 2009
DO NOT buy the FSA's with the carbon arm to alloy spider ! terrible design, and they will start slipping , and become trash after a decent amount of riding . The new ones which are all carbon, are great . The chainring that comes with it is nice as well .
Nice 56cm Dawes Linear (653) with about a day left.
