Just for info it's a Carlton Cobra with Crespera lugs. Early 70's most likely but the frame number should give a clue, the number is often found on the seat tube under the seat bolt.
For 5 speed it would have had a red and black laquer fade and the 10 speed would have had a black and blue colour scheme. Made of Tru-Well tubing
