So if your missus has had consensual sex with you recently, and perhaps she has had consensual sex with other men before she met you, then her verdict is just that little bit weaker in court should she ever get raped.
Also, doggystyle isn't exactly a rare sexual practice. If a rapist can say in court that "we had sex in the missionary position" and the defence can find an ex who once shagged her in the missionary position, then her credibility is undermined?
