'wanton or furious cycling' is usually the charge when cyclists cause injury, I think.

Not often used though. 2013 article refers to the previous use being in 2008.

Hang on, Darren Sanders eyesight is so bad he can't do community service but he could drive a truck over people just fine and was then effectively given his license to kill back after 18 months??! What the actual fuck?

"not be able to complete community service because of his bad eyesight"

"He was banned from driving for 18 months"
