I believe it was discussed in the bad-cyclist-being-a-dick, knobhead-pedestrian-with-a-point-to-prove & did-you-eve-see-the-taxi-ignoring-the-crossing thread.

I don't think it was the right time.

To the guy pushing past me on the no cycling footpath. A bike in a red circle means No Cycling, not Bike Path. And the little sign above it is a parking restriction, not a time of operation of the no cycling sign. And just because I told you to learn the fucking signs in the highway code does not then give you carte blanche to constantly swear at me, escalating things to ridiculous levels. Continually talking over me with your nonsense is not a great technique either. I don't think I even mentioned I ride, such was my revulsion at being associated with you in any way. You reminded me of the restaurant guy in the Range Rover on Priory Lane.
Anyway, as that lane is about 20 metres from my house, I'm sure we'll meet again. I wonder what you do for a living, and how many people you make miserable on a daily basis. -

Calling out myself for a stupidly close pass on Queen's Road this morning. Other guy wasn't phased at all but I know it was a bad move.

In the Mail version of that story they use the word "congested" five times and quote a witness saying it proves how busy CSHs are, one week after the same paper claimed CSHs were "deserted".

Recently it has been in the news about cyclists riding across Tower Bridge while the roadway is closed. They have been cycling on the pavement! That is very bad cycling practice. Also every cyclist should always wear a helmet I think! I saw a crash a few weeks ago involving a cyclist and a motor scooter and the cyclist injured his head and had blood running down the side of his head and had to go to hospital. He would have just walked away if he had been wearing a helmet!

Do you live under the bridge too?

cool story.

Poor trolling. 2/10
I only like games like flight simulators. I find most other computer games boring.

I know, right - they don't even pay road tax!

My mate wore a helmet and he died.

I tried calling out a RLJ today who flew up my inside as i was waiting for the last 2 peds to finish crossing on the flashing amber / flashing green man outside LB station on tooley st. He almost hit them as they took their last step onto the pavement and when i called him out he said "yeah boody peds think they own the roads etc" pillock.

Fucking hell, that thing is two way? Who the fuck thought that wasn't going to be a fucking disaster?
This fucking city.
-
• #12770
fucking disaster
Bit strong. One recorded crash in 6 months despite massive popularity.

Nobody even injured. There were probably eleventeen fist fights and fallings over on the tubes and buses on the same day.

Hang on, Darren Sanders eyesight is so bad he can't do community service but he could drive a truck over people just fine and was then effectively given his license to kill back after 18 months??! What the actual fuck?
"not be able to complete community service because of his bad eyesight"
"He was banned from driving for 18 months"

• #12773
Under-reporting, of course.
-
• #12774
Maybe. Wouldn't likely change my point.
-
• #12775
Not maybe, but with 100% certainty. And you should keep an open mind as to whether it could change your point. :)
You need to call him out as a bad cyclist, that really hurts them.
