Don't have a clue about tubing. Carrera used several kinds of tubing. This one has a label "Carrera tubi speciale" so that could be everything. I have another Carrera that has the same label and that's built from Columbus Nivacrom (the one with fluted tubes) and one that's built from Columbus El OS... Hard to say what this is.

tubing - mix of columbus el and columbus max
fork was made from columbus el tubes
I'm selling a complete bike (built from some of the left overs I have) and I'm looking for a quick sell so not asking too much.
It's an end nineties Carrera Podium steel racebike equipped with a 9 speed Campa Centaur groupset (with Chorus Carbon rear derailleur). Frame is ok (has some chips and scratches but no dings or dents), chrome is ok, groupset is more than ok... so this should be an OK bike.
Size is 54 cm square.
Price: how about a fair 275 euro (+shipping and fees). Can include some era correct pedals but have to look what I've got (probably some Look delta pedals).
