I was at the Relais Vignale in Radda.
I've stayed there before. It was nice - very nice, but for a top end, spenny place, the breakfast was dreadful - among the worst of any hotel I have ever stayed at.
@Cycliste and I stayed there last year. Can't remember the breakfasts as being that bad, but I was spectacularly and Biblically hung over on the only day I had breakfast at the hotel, so my memory isn't at its best on that score.
Trying to get approval for l'Eroica 2017. Trouble is, 2017 is already looking a bit crowded. 4.5 weeks cycling booked already, plus three long weekends. And some skiing...

Also, while I really like Radda, by the end I was getting bored of eating essentially the same food all the time. All the restaurants seem to have the same menu.
For 2017, we've gone for an Air BnB in Gaiolie - will take some jars of curry for when it all gets too much!
