With the saddle height, stand over cant be an issue.
It's not so the seat can be dropped right out the way as the dropper post is there to go that and there could be about another 6 inches of seattube supporting the post with no impact on the amount of drop available.
Is there enough drop on the post for that? I'd have thought if you needed that small a frame for jumping, and that high a saddle for riding to the jumps then you'd just run a QR and normal post.
Such a low top tube and can't see why.
