Hi, I had a few issues with a purchase from @Emlyn as well, but we did manage to sort them out eventually, so hopefully he will come through for you.
I bought a couple of large bundles of parts from him in the summer. Firstly as he was shipping from Belgian a large part of the overall cost was the postage, so I asked if he could combine the two bundles, but he claimed due to the weight limit it wasn't possible. That seemed a shame but I thought fair enough, however when the parts did arrive, surprise surprise they had been combined which I thought was a bit cheeky, but as the bundles were cheap I let it slide.
However I immediately noticed several of the items were completely unusable due to missing parts. So I emailed him about the problem and asked for a small refund, as more of a gesture of good will than anything else, but after about a fortnight of several messages via the forum and a couple of emails I still hadn't heard from him.
Eventually he did respond though and explained he'd been on holiday, which based on a lack of activity on the forum seemed likely. He agreed to my refund request, but then on closer inspection I noticed some damage on another of the parts I'd bought. When I queried this with him he said he'd mixed me up with another forumenger who he'd made aware of the problems.
Anyway he did send the refund in the end, so I left it at that, but given you're also having problems with him I thought I'd share my experience. Hope you get it sorted out, did you pay via PayPal?
I'm reporting @emlyn as a bad trader. I made a payment to him 18 days ago for listed items. I have tried to contact him over 6 times in the last two weeks via email and pm to no avail before I decided to report him as a bad trader. I can see at certain times he has being an active member here and on other channels, unless someone can enlighten me to a tragic misfortune that has besieged @Emlyn since he received my payment I am assuming he is of bad character and should therfor be banned from lfgss.
