Gazelle do something very similar at a similar price. We sell them, in York though.

Decathlon / btwin have a range of overbuilt town bikes, albeit without the front rack. They seem to have uglified the range even more this year, though. You'll definitely be able to find something like that in the UK.

Compton Cycles is a great place for dutch bike, I brought my mum a Gazelle from there.

Finding myself strangely drawn to this massive Dutch bastard as a day to day London bike. Not sure anyone even sells them over here. Which is ludicrous. Nice and slow.
