  • Yikes that looks good. VO Piolet?

  • No I pinched it off the gram, can't remember who, but it was meant to be modern take on the Bridgestone XO

  • minus the whacky bars

  • Whats the purpose of this bike meant to be? Id say shopper bc basket/rack and flats but looks like a lot of money to be locking up, plus it has two bottles. Surely its not a tourer bc flats, only one rack and risers?

  • say hi to brother from the same mother :)

    Another one...

Used it in an event today called 'Pathfinder'. Heh.

Now with 'new' €5 tyres. Not in the most functional form at the moment with the rack removed, but oh well.

Lots of Muddy Foxes on the forum lately!

  • The green ones are rad but yours is even raderererer @Tijs

  • looks familiar:

  • looks familiar:

Wow, sick Cielo sitting behind it! ;)

And thanks @voxelwise! I do also really like the green one of @edmundro. Love the basket.

  • Pretty much yeah @Jaap. What kind of event was this? It wasn't a race, right?

    Also; your Cielo is fire

  • Not sure if this the right thread to ask but... I'm going touring in Laos soon and I'm not sure if it's stupid to go with my 35mm Pasela's. I have about 15 kg of luggage and I weight 95 kg myself. Will the sidewalls explode?

  • What's wrong with touring with flats and risers?

  • Surely its not a tourer bc flats

Yeah, I toured 2k 1800km this summer on flats. No regrets, really.

  • Risers only have one position, which isnt great for all day riding or descending. And flats because surely for all day rides clips are more comfortable + better for climbing loaded? Still only has one rack

  • Naaah. I can do daaaays on flat bars without issue. And descending is never an issue. Not exactly trying to it strava gold.

  • I also toured on flats and swept back risers this summer, was fine.

1 rack is also adequate depending on your luggage choices, a lot of people these days running rackless innit.

Not sure what the build is for but it looks like it would be fun and versatile as a tourer. Might just be a pub/shopper bike.

  • Hhsfunctional obviously

  • I doubt it, I'd be more worried about the quality of the surface of their roads.

  • Do like that purposeful look cables where the top tube meets the seat tube.

  • I would go with some heavy duty touring tyres a la marathon plus or conti tour guard etc.

  • Also, I'm going touring next week with slightly swept bars. If you don't care about aero gainz then they're more comfortable for long days imo. Better on the neck.

  • Do like that purposeful look cables where the top tube meets the seat tube.

Kinda reminds me of a server room:

    Pretty neat.

  • OCD bliss

There are some really good ones when you Google 'server cabling'. Oddly fascinating.

  • I tour/long day rides on flats risers and one rack with a basket ....feels awesome

  • It was a team time trial, but without the time bit. Just 20 teams starting after each other to do some gravel grinding, more info: https://www.facebook.com/events/158088887960094/

    Also; thanks, appreciate it :)
