What's the standover height?
And could you drop the seatpost fully, and measure from the top of the saddle to the pedal with the crank arm at the bottom?

I am not able to do any measurements of it at the moment but based on 49 cm c-t and standard-ish BB height of 27 cm, I'd say that top tube standover height would be about 76 cm.

Universal saddle height is measured from center of the BB to the saddle top, by the way.
