Where in my comment did I mention you have to be from London, or even the U.K to contribute to the forum? It's the fact that you use this forum primarily just to sell your stuff, and have little else to add to it. It seems you use it just for the free advertising and not having to pay fees on anything you sell.

Walking down the path of your thinking you should make a collective application to remove these people from the forum because: "London Fixed Gear and Single-Speed is a community of predominantly fixed gear and single-speed cyclists in and around London, UK." ;]
Remember that I'm selling here a pretty good stuff, I think that this is the contribution to the forum. Correct me if I'm wrong.
