Hi, I'm interested in the hub but not really sure what's required to get it going. Is it as simple just adding a shifter and cable to the built up hub or do I need some gubbins to get it going? Cheers!

Assuming you have the right non-turn washers then yes, it should just be shifter, cable and (full length) housing.

Sorry for the late response, I've been away!
The hub itself is pretty easy to install once you've had a wheel built around it. There are ton's of standard shifters Shimano manufactures, and Jtek have a pretty sleek little custom bar end shifter if you're that way inclined. Always some playing around to get anything set up on a bike but nothing strenuous.
Still interested?
